Tell em the places near nice in france to visit? I am gng there for 2 days this weekend.?

Sorry to say so but this time of the year is not the best. Most famous "Best to visit"" are closed or nobody there. In Nice visit the old city and have an "escape" to famous Monte Carlo (Monaco). Lost of time to see famous St. Tropez or Cannes - they are into their winter sleep...

Hi,

With only 2 days, stick to the area around Nice rather than spend too much time on the road/train.  As someone who lives in the region, here's what I recommend you visit:

- in Nice, Cours Saleya and the Musée Matisse are always favorites. I like to stroll through the streets of the old Nice too.

- The old perched village of Eze and Peillon; Beaulieu-sur-Mer by the sea; the very popular cobblestoned village of St Paul de Vence;

- The Antibes Peninsula, strolling around it.

That alone will keep you busy!
