Question:

Tell me, I seriously need help

In the country where I am residing right now, most of the food they eat is rice(carbohydrates) with different kind of soup and am not used to thier stew but that is not my problem. My problem is that it is always rice & I hardly find the type of food we eat in our country here.I am scared cos of cuases of excess carbohydrate to the body. Pls advice me

  1. lots of countries in asia only eat rice but it is not a problem for them


  2. dont worry you'll be fine. your body will just adapt to the new diet and continue as normal. you may gain a little weight though, so you might need to exercise a bit more. there will be no lasting effects though. if the rice still worries you, maybe you could try looking for some other food they have- not stuff you know from home, cos they dont have it, but different food they eat. Good luck!
