What does beauty mean to you?

I think beauty can be innocence, honesty, youth and selflessness.

Basically all the things we don't have when we're 90 :)

Beauty to me is just a personality that I like. I find a girl much more attractive or beautiful if she has a great personality. It the makes up a lot for the physical features. In my opinion.

there is a  spectrum  of recognition  from infinite individual regard (beholder)~ which widens in perspective  to that which is recognized across time and space as beauty. i see nature itself as ultimate beauty, and some will disagree. there is much beauty that goes unrecognized by many.

greater discernment and a refined sense of aesthetics finds some concord or agreement to what constitutes beautiful art through the ages.

beautiful art  oft follows the golden mean, and reflects our  relation to and experience of nature.

shells, sand, waves, sun , moon ,stars~ not just what is seen ~ beauty encompasses emotions and is a feeling.

we may not agree on what is beautiful, but the feeling is universal

In a physical sense, I think the eyes have it. Beautiful eyes that reflect the soul, can make an otherwise ordinary face utterly endearing. And the reverse is true also... shifty or blank eyes in a pretty face are very off-putting.

i once knew a guy who was such a free spirit, he loved to travel was never possessive, he was sweet and enthusiastic, so innocent and i thought he was amazing :)

I was once told that beauty is something to do with ones eyes.  Perhaps attached to the retina.

Beauty is a part of an individual's perspective.  Beauty can be freedom, peace, justice, love, animals, the earth, chocolate =o), it all depends on your personal point of view.
