Tell me WHY Twilight is sooooo good...?

Ok, I want you to tell me why Twilight is such a good book. Just try and convince me that it is awesome.

Ok, When i first heard of this book i was like "a vampire book?". I really like reading and the whole romance thing but i read this and i was hooked. I fell in love with the charactors. Its suspencful, romantic, and just really good.

give it a try i promise you will love it!

alright this will take awhile

the book is really good plain and simple

the mixture of romance and action is just unbelievable

it sounds dumb and cheesy i know, i mean come on a girl falling in love with a vampire?

but every sentence pulls you in and it just made me so happy, the characters are great and you fall in love with edward (one of the main characters, the vampire, *sighs*) with bella (the main character, human)

its indescribable how good it is

the first 100 pages of the first book are kinda ehh but it just gets better and better and leaves you wanting more there is so much excitement and i didnt want to read it either but i am SSOOOOOOOOOOO happy i did

All I know is that people have been bugging the c**p out of me to read the series, so because of that, there is no way I'm going to read them now.  I don't really follow trends and it would take an act of God to get me on the Twilight bandwagon.  The hype is extremely annoying and I cannot wait for people to just get over it.

it's amazing. The details are fantastic, and it's vampires which shakes things up from most romance novels (which it could be considered). I guess I can't convince you until you pick one up and try it for yourself!!!!!

Personally, I don't find them so great. I'm more into REALLY descriptive books, and don't get me wrong, Stephenie Meyer is descriptive, but not as descriptive as I'd like. Libba Bray is more like my kind of author!

It isn't.

It's severely overrated by a bunch of girls who can't get a boyfriend of their own, claiming that a poor excuse for a vampire is their one true love.

I'd imagine what everyone so totally loves about them is the romance, the love, and the oh-so-mysterious vampire.

I picked it up expecting to get a good vampire story from what I heard from other people, but it just made me want to gag.

"You're my brand of heroin."  

"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb."

Oh good Lord.

Most of the vampires don't even feed off of people.  If that's not a cop-out, I don't know what is.

Plus, Bella needs to stop being so stupid and pathetic.

She belongs in the kitchen.

when i first heard about it i thought it would be stupid. i guess it all boils down to whether you want to actually try it for yourself or not. i finally read it and i loved it.

Twilight is a special, coming-of-age series.  

It is about this ordinary teenage high school girl, Bella Swan, who moves to the small town of Forks, Washington to live with her father so her mother can travel with her step-dad for his career.  Then she meets Edward Cullen, who appears to hate her at first but as it turns out he's in love with her, and she finds out he's a 100 year old, lonesome vampire, along with the rest of his adoptive family and yet, she is unconditionally in love with him.  She knows the dangers of even being with him, but she wants to be with him; the main danger is the "creature" inside Edward that craves for her blood more powerfully than any other human he's ever come across in his century of darkness/loneliness,but he wants her to be human, safe and stay away, yet they both are drawn to each other and know that it will only hurt both of them by being apart.  

It is a great forbidden love story, a lot of it because she is in love with the ultimate non-available boy, who is a vampire and a danger, especially to her.  And Bella basically being this fragile human that Edward can kill so easily.  

I love it because it was so seductive when I started reading it and I just couldn't put it down!!!  Just the chemistry between Bella and Edward was amazing and I could feel the sense of danger from their relationship, it was unbelievable, but in the good way.  I really recommend this series, so please read it.

Read it!!! Twilight is the best!!!!!!!!! The characters are super vivid, the plot is amazing, and they totally suck you in! I read a lot of a books and this is one of my faves. Read IT! SERIOUSLY!
