Tell me about Atomic treaty between India and America.?

this nuclear pact is about the agreement betwn india and america.....if india signs this agreement then it wil be permitted to use nuclear energy for some useful purposes like for generating power but there are some  conditions like it shouldnt use it for nuclear bombs......but communist parties in our country are against this.......anyway i want india to sign the nuclear pact as india needs to be stronger...whats ur opinion?!!!!!!..
