Tell me about Krakow you lovely lovely people! 17th-21st Sept.... commence!?

I have never been to that part of Poland, but I understand it is fabulous.  I was to Gdansk, Gdynia and Sopott in 2000.  It was beautiful.  There is a lot of history in Poland.  I am attaching a brief article below.  And a second article on events in Krakow, the city that used to be the capital.  We ran out of time, and didn't get to Krakow, but my Polish friends said next time we must go.  You are lucky, enjoy yourself.

it is a great town with a super great castle  a must see  plus many other beautiful places  like the marketplace they have more  cathedrals  than people about 36 of them

Krakow is great!! Last year I spend a month in Poland with a close family friend who is a native Pole. We traveled all over Poland except for the east, but Krakow was my favorite (though Warsaw was great too).

There's tons of culture (Krakow was named a world culture center a couple years ago), places to shop and eat, nightlife, and the alcohol is very cheap! And a great advantage of the city is that you can practically walk anywhere. There's always something going on in the main market square, festivals and the like. Have fun!

I was in Krakow last week and have a great time the city is very beautiful there is so much history it is very hard to take in all in, I also found the place very safe I stay in tutti frutti hostel ul Florianska 29 which is right in the middle of city near all the bars cafes and shops

I also took a trip to Auschwitz very sad but a much and a trip to the salt mine

The next time I go I would like to take crazy guide tour in a vintage polish fiat 125 which you can book at tutti frutti
