  1. New Guinea Impatiens like a shady location.  They can take some morning sun, but will wilt in hot afternoon sun.  If it is in a hanging basket, it will require daily watering....sometimes twice a day!  Give it some fertilizer <I like Miracle Grow> and lots of water, and a break from the sun and it should be fine.
