Tell me about this photo?

I found it, its framed - with a paper machet made out of newspaper along the borders thats been worn, the picture is torn inside the frame and put on a torn piece of scrapbook paper. Over a pink background. The newspaper looks aged.. and is hard. They wanted a dollar for it so I took it. Seems very odd. The back reads "Aquarelle studio's" .. and has a bio for "Sandra J Heine" .. but I think someone just borrowed the frame since the bio is that of a watercolorist - and not a photographer. Picture seems to be deteriating tho, apparently from sun damage.

My cousin says it's a pretty famous chinese art but he doesnt really remember the name of the picture though but i have a question where did u find it?

looks interesting, but it's really hard to tell something about it. it's probably just a discarded picture. but still, i suggest you consult the experts. maybe museums and stuff? you never know (: good luck!
