conjunctivitis

Its a great one, usually clears up in 24hrs and you are er highly contagious at the time so no contact with your colleagues for 24 hours, plus you can't see there for can't work

Food poisoning - it usually means "I've got a hangover" or "I felt like staying in bed today".  

I have genuinely been sick off work with food poisoning and it was not a 24 hour thing!
