Tell me everything you know about cameroonian culture.. or african culture?

I'm trying to understand my boyfriend's new roommate.. he's from cameroon and he's really cool, but the culture differences are stunning. Like personal space bubbles... he has none, and we have big ones!! haha. Also, he is into the backstreet boys.. apparently he is 10 years behind our culture!!

As far as Cameroonian Culture, I can say I know nothing other than they have a pretty good soccer program...HaHa

As far as African culture I can say there is no such thing! We in the west tend to look at Africa as one big country when in fact it is a continent with many different country's and cultures, problem is our system of education does not teach us well about the continent,

South Africa is a country on the African continent, so is Egypt,Somalia,Ethiopia,Kenya,Morrocco,Tu... Algeria,

There are 53 Countries in Africa all with different cultures and different cultures within the same country,and yes Camaroon is a country on the African continent with it's own unique cultures
