Tell me how to download jvc enverio hd video to a pc?

I have problems downloading HD video from a JVC enverio HD video cam. apparently it only supports downloading video with its original enverio software, and its almost to impossible to download it to a editing program such as pinnacle and others..using a pc. How do I do it?
