my parents need a place to rest and view sight seen but at the same time i want to to mount biking ..rock climbing n other stuff like that ....please suggest

You may consider Darjeeling, Shimla (Simla), Mussori, Kulu Manali,  and even Kashmir!

If you enjoy snow/mountains then Kufri, Kullu manali, Shimla are good options. But i doubt that u wud see snow there except if u go really up north till rohtang pass which is a glacier.

For advetures like rafting etc i would suggest Hrishikesh/Haridwar. You can do white water rafting and other water sports.

In that case don't go to a usual place. In himachal there are many other places. Try places beyond manali, like naggar, rumsu, chiklani etc
