  1. my favorite indoor plant is the ponytail palm tree. It is a succulent so you only water it about once every two weeks. It can grow in almost any lighting condition. I don't grow indoor flowering plants because of the work to make them flower again, but for an outdoor pot you can get petunia's they spread really fast and are not too fussy about light, but full sun is recommended. My petunia pot has been blown over by the wind twice and still living.

  2. My favorite are geraniums. They look great in a hanging basket and are very easy to take care of.

  6. Clematis is a wonderful, vigorous  flowering vine that I have been growing for years in a large pot in the yard and comes back year after year bigger and taller and bushier and the flowers are large and kinda tropical looking.  If you plant two different ones together (one that blooms in spring and one in summer), you will have continuous green and flowers for almost 3 whole seasons.

    They can be trained along fences, or cover a whole wall if you use trellis or wire grid or even train it to look like a flowering tree if you stick an umbrella frame into a pipe when it grows long enough for you to start weaving it.  You have to keep an eye on it though because it grows so fast and attaches itself to everything like the Morning Glory, only the Clematis is a hardy perennial.

    Also tiger lilies grow and multiply like crazy also in pots left out in the yard during winter and come back each year larger and more bountiful as well as Iris, azaleas, hydrangeas and astilbe, some roses.  Tons of stuff you can grow in pots, or even them old 10 gallon plastic paint cans or large kitty litter plastic containers, whatever.  But they must be outside in fresh air and light shade - bright sun in order to flourish.  And except for the roses, they all need hardly any care except for a little extra watering in very hot summer days because they are not in the ground, so the soil dries much quicker.

    Since I moved, my apartment is rather dark so I haven't much luck with indoor plants the way I used to, but mostly it was just ivy and snake plants and a few others I don't remember so don't feel bad. Just takes a little time to find the right plant for your specific window and room areas is all.

  7. Well......I have had many plants, most of them died after a while. But I would recommend a Venus fly trap plant or an Aloe plant. I had both(the Aloe plant lived longer) and also you can use the Aloe plant because when you break off a stem from it, this Aloe liquid stuff is inside and it's healthy for your skin I think! And the Venus fly trap plant eats bugs and flies in your house and they are cool to watch. Or there's the spider plant, which is a plant that hangs from the ceiling and it's long, thin leaves hang down. It's quite beautiful. But if you are looking for a flower plant, try Marigolds. They are easy to take care of and they are an inside and outside plant.  Go to the link below to see what Marigolds look like:

    They are very beautiful! Also, Cosmo flowers are similar to Marigolds, but they come in more colors besides orange and yellow. Below are two links so you can see what Cosmo flowers look like:

    Cosmo flowers seem to come in mostly pink colors, but they may come in diferrent colors! Very beautiful plants. =D

    Good luck and happy plant-growing!!!!=D

    If you kill those, then there's no hope for you.

  9. Spider plants

    Lucky Bamboo (they like dark rooms) I grow them in the bathrooms

    Ribbon plant

    Jade plants are great ... just keep the soil moist

  10. A small palm tree that looks nice and doesn't need alot of water.
