the only truley g*y hangout is samsara (aka "sams") on dong khoi street (on the 1st floor above a restaurant on the corner of dong du street)  then you could always try eden bar on de tham, its in the backpacker district so not realy a g*y bar but its g*y owned and encouraged and one of the few places open way after midnight... .
