  1. The match that I'll always remember would be the natwest final between India & England when India chased down 326 with heroic efforts of Yuvi & Kaif & I was watching that match live till the mid night, was so thrilling!!

The match that I'd like to forget- When we lost against Bangladesh in the first round of 2007 WC. That disappointed me a great deal.

  2. IND. VS PAK in T-20 final.

when ind. was eliminated from 07 world cup against Bang.

  3. The highest run chase by SA against Aus...and bangla loss the test match against pakistan when inzi played classical inning

  4. t20 match b/w india and pakistan(finals t20 world cup).match b/w india and england (t20 world cup), man i can never forget that!!!

  5. Favourite.

It's a tie between 2. Either Michael Bevan's last ball 4 to defeat the West Indies in a one dayer at the SCG in 1996. Or Gilly and Justin Langer combining to pull Australia out of the c**p in the 2nd test against Pakistan in Hobart in the 99/00 series. (which just happened to be Gilly's 2nd test)

Worst. Australia's loss to the Poms in the second Ashes test in 2005 when Michael Kasprowiz gave an edge through to Geraint Jones off the bowling of Harmison to square the series at 1 apiece when we needed only a couple of runs to be 2 / nil up. So close, yet so far.

  6. the match which i would always remember is that match in which Sa defeated australia 400 runs something

i wouldnt want to remember any match RCB played in the IPL

  7. favourite is when SA chased down australia's total of 434 in an ODI

worst is when SA drew the 1999 world cup semi-final to australia, causing them to get knocked out because of net run rate

  8. For me one match i will not forget is winning back the Ashes from England back on the 18th December 2006...

And the 1 i want to forget along with everyone else is the 2nd Test match in Sydney between Aussies and India earlier this year..

  9. The one I'll never forget :

    ODI: Natwest Series final (2002)

    T20: T20 WC finals

Test : Adelaide oval test match..(2003)

    I one I don't wanna remember :

India vs Bangladesh in 2007 WC

  10. The final of the T20 World Cup, played between India & Pakistan is the most memorable one! At one point it seemed as if Pakistan is gonna win the T20 championship but the last over bowled by Joginder Sharma was the turning point, Misbah played a very loose shot and was caught by Sreeshant and Bravo! India won the T20 championship!

I would also to forget the last test match played between Sri Lanka and India, India lost to Lanka terribly. Well,  the series is still on, i hope India wins it!

India's elimination in the 1st round from the World Cup was also dissapointing!

  11. Sreesanth dance india vs southafrica

    sreesanth vs nel

  12. T20 match in which it was India vs Pakistan

  13. One I will never forget: The Oval Test in 2005 between England and Australia. England needed to avoid defeat to regain the Ashes, 16 years after losing them. I was at work that day, so only got home for the closing stages. It was probably as well that I wasn't watching it, as I would probably have spontaneously combusted. I spent most of the day, in between interviewing people, checking the latest score on the internet, and pacing the office in a highly agitated state. In fact, I think I was checking the score duuring interviews!

Some of my colleagues were commenting on my nervous disposition that day: it is the only time they have ever seen me in that state, normally I am totally calm.

One I would like to forget: another England-Australia match, this time the Melbourne Test in the 2006-7 series. England had already lost the Ashes, and were, according to Flintoff "playing for pride", but they showed no pride in that match, instead putting in one of the most spineless performances I have ever seen from them. I have seen worse performances from England (too many to mention!), but it was the abject surrender of them during this match, and failure to give any reward to the thousands of spectators who had come to Melbourne to watch them.

My favourite incident in cricket is Michael Atherton's 185* at Johannesburg in 1995. A true captain's innings, it was backs-to-the-wall stuff at its very best.

Worst incident: hansie Cronje and the match-fixing scandals. Totally unforgiveable.
