  4. First of all, control your diet. I mean try to lessen fast food or food with a lot of fat like Ice Cream. If yo don't want to go to gym, then try going up and down the stairs at a fast pace for atleast ten minutes. Start slowly, and then increase your speed as well as time. Yoga can also be good.     -you should change your diet by eating more healthy food such as fruits and vegetables

    The following diet and health program was apparently developed for the employees and the dependants of General Motors Inc.

    The program was developed in conjunction with the grant from the US Department of Agriculture and the Food and Drug Administration. It was first tried at the Johns Hopkins Research Centre and was approved for distribution by the Board of Directors of General Motors Corporation at a general meeting on August 15, 1995 .

    General Motors Corporation wholly endorsed this program and is making it available to all employees and families. This program will be available at all General Motors Food service facilities.

    It is the management’s intention to facilitate a welfare and fitness program for everyone.

    This program is designed for a target weight loss of 5-6 Kgs. per week. It will also improve your attitude and emotions because of its systematic cleansing effects. The effectiveness of this seven day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value. This plan can be used as often as you like to without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you a feeling of well being. After seven days you will begin to feel lighter by atleast 10 pounds. You will have an abundance of energy and an improved disposition.

    During the first seven days you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

    DAY ONE

    All fruits except bananas. Your first day will consists of all fruits you want. It is suggested you consume lots of watermelon and cantaloupe.

    DAY TWO

    All vegetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. Avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have large boiled potato for breakfast.

    so slow that u will get irritate. Its better if u practise KAPAL BHATI yoga. This involves contraction of tummy muscles (which u require the most). Going to GYM is not always rewarding because there u have to devote time and money alot. If u follow a diet meal which is fat free and practise just yoga its my belief that u will get results in a week. Tummy fat reduces very fast and it comes back too very fast. If u

    practise yoga u will daily burn fat and will more be able to get urs desired figure. Do not practise fast running as girls body is not

    adaptable to it. Running suites to those who have practise of it. I have no shyness to say that wrong exercise results in disfiguring of girls breast. Its a humantarian advise that do not spoil urs body with wrong exercise. The yoga that I have told u is really effective but u must see it on TV or consult any person who is doing it. With yoga, diet should also be controlled, otherwise u will get no result and u will become frustated. One thing I want to told u that almonds are very helpful during meal correction habit. Water soaked almonds (soak in night and eat in morning) are rich in vitamins. They have fat but not the saturated fat. They have the good fat and not the bad fat. U can search for this on net also. First control urs diet and have yoga. U will definatly get results. I wasc 120 kg and wanted to go gym but I had problem with my leg as I met a accident. I followed the above mentioned procedure and I lost 20 kg. But remember it is a TAPASYA.
