Tell me the steps for a white&healthy teeth?

Question

im getting my braces off soon.

first i have to get then off and the orthodontist will clean it up abit.

then i have to go see my dentist to clean it fully or somethin.

please guide me through this.

i really dont want yellow and ugly looking teeth .

help me please.

When I took off my braces (After wearing them for SIX years) I used this m ixture...baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and salt. Mix it into a paste and rub around your teeth for a LOOONG time. Do this every night. At first it will sting, but in three or four days, you will not feel it. Really works!
