  1. Nice looking horse, what a great full tail he has!  I don't see any glaring conformational problems - he is downhill a tiny bit but I know many people prefer their QHs to be that way.  His shoulder looks a bit steep, but otherwise, he looks decently built.  Cute!

  2. He has a nice butt.  Honestly though, I have seen much nicer looking horses before.  But he seems to maybe a good barrel racer or something western.  I do english.  Anyways, his head seems a little small for his body and his neck seems alittle short and stocky for his body too.  I like how his withers and back and neck tie in together though.  But it would help if you did some pictures from the front and back, just so we could see if he is like bough (spe?) legged or something.  I like him though and wouldn't mind having him at all.  Hope you enjoy him, and looks are not as important as temperment.  So just please don't take this the wrong way either.  I like him though.

  3. He is absolutely gorgeous. I love his color, it works well with his shape and stuff. He's adorable. I'm not good at the whole conformation thing so i can't really help you there but he really is a beautiful horse. Congratulations on getting your first horse by the way.

  4. He's gorgeous! I bet he'd be a good barrel racer or western event. I say QH's are great for western.

  5. He looks very pretty. =) For some reason he looks a little over at the knee, could just be the picture though. Over-all nice conformation.

  6. he is gorgeous! you are a lucky girl!

  7. he's really cute! He seems to have good conformation, and an AMAZING tail!!!!! :)

  8. he's really pretty and he has huge hindquarters and I small back...which is ok for barrel racing. He looks good and healthy....so keep up the good work on that.

good job on keeping such a beautiful horse healthy! and have fun barrel racing!

  9. Gorgeous horse! What's his name?

  10. pretty horse

  11. Awww. Don't know much about conformation but he looks really cute.

  12. Nice horse.

  13. He has such a cute face.

I love his little bushy tail. I can almost see how muscular he is.

    Congratulations

  14. That is pretty horse and a pro rider will do any thing to have a horse like that.

  15. Nice looking horse. I have judged horses in 4-H and gone to the state level and got 6th. So I am going to tell you the honest truth and don't take it in the wrong way.  He has good leg comfromation. He's back is form correctly (smooth with good shoulders). Nice long mane and tail (great for western pleasure & showmanship) Can't tell from the pictures about his feet and weight but they seem to look fine. Great set-up, nice head, looks pretty calm.

All in all good competition for other horses

    Great Pick!!

    PS

    Love the last Head Shot

  16. I'd say you have a pretty nice horse there. He looks like he toes-out a little behind, but it's better to toe-out than to toe-in. He has a nice stifle placement which will allow him to use his hind end well. I really like the length of his back, too. It's short, with a short loin, which will help him to track under.

The one flaw that I can find is that his shoulder seems steep to me. I come from a dressage background, so shoulder angle is important to me. It's not REALLY steep, just mildly steep, which means he won't have the longest stride in front. He doesn't appear to be built particularly downhill, so if you train him right he should still be able to have some really nice movement. I love how there is a nice flowing curve from the poll of his head to the dock of his tail- no weird angles or anything.

All in all I'd say you have a very nice horse, there. He's the kind of horse I certainly wouldn't say no to! Good luck!

  17. He looks sweet and has nice kind eyes. He is very close coupled which perhaps why he looks taller than 14.3.

  18. I think he is extremely beautiful!!! you are so lucky!

  19. I think he looks very nice. I love his face. He looks like a sweetie.

  20. he's fabulous, you're very lucky. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

  21. very nice. not a good view of the feet but hoofs look like they could use a good farrier.

  22. he's gorgeous. very nice conformation. i hope you like him

  23. His back is a little sloped if you want to go pro in show but that can be ficksed with a lighter saddle.

To tell for shirr I would have to see him move but other than that he looks like he  would be a good riding horse he looks calm and respectful.

he is not around big , strong and stocky like shoe horses but if you want to show go kick there butthe has a vary sweet face

  24. In all honestly, I know nothing about confromation, so I wouldn't be the one to ask. x)

But I will say he is very pleasing to look at, he's not an eye sore like some horses I've seen.

His coat is beautiful, I love how he doesn't have any markings on his legs, and only the star on his forehead.

His mane and tail are great, nice and long. :]

    Have fn with him!!

  25. Nice-looking horse. Nice bone, good legs and shoulder, pretty head. He seems to be put together nicely.

    Good luck with'em. ^_^

  26. He's cute! Congrats! Getting your first horse is always an exciting moment. I'm sure you will have many hours of fun and hard work in the saddle together. Best of luck to the two of you!

  27. He's very pretty! But he's only 14.3? He looks taller, my horses is a QH and 16.2! I love tall horses! Have fun with your new horse!!!

  28. Nice rear end:)  He looks like a nice foundation breed QH, or some in there.  He beautiful.  My 4 yr is a 1/2 Arb-QH her father was 100% foundation, she's on the shorter side but makes no difference.
