Tell me what you will do to educate your bro about responsibilities to community?

Mahatma Gandhi said "You must be the change you want to see in the world." So I witness for my beliefs regarding responsibilities to the community, the environment, and to each other through my own volunteering and political work.

I belong to a Fraternity of Brothers who regulary make personal and collective contributions to community.  The duty we owe is realized in our three rituals, and we often have guest speakers.  One of my favorite sayings is that a Beehive will produce 100-200 pounds of honey in a year, yet the average worker bee will only make 1/2 teaspoon in his life.

A brother is a very very close to his other sister or brother, so you should be knowing him. And if you know him, if you know what kind of a person he is, then there is no problem in educating him about his responsibilities towards community.

One can follow these basic steps to achieve the above desired goal:

1. Give your brother a chanse to socialize. Take him out to meet relatives and other people you know. Let him understand how important it is for everyone in a community to play his/her part.

2. You can go to your worship place and teach him the culture and tradition of your community. In this way, he will get to know about his religion and community and he will start  thinking about them.He may ask questions and you must satisfy his curiousities If he starts doing so, it will be a big achievement in itself.

3. Lastly, you should talk to him with an open face. Say him clearly what you expect from him and make him realise his responsibilites. But make sure you tell him that these are not a burden on him but are beliefs and pracitces one must do to become a good person.
