all 150cc motorcycles will give you great mileage. there is a point where you just cant save any more money. 150cc motorcycles and scooters are that point.

Go for Honda Unicorn 150cc its one of the best bike in India. it is less than 65000 INR..., which gives mileage  <65kmpl

or else try Hero Honda Hunk 150cc that too is good.. & its just Rs.62000, which gives mileage of 55kmpl

Pulsar 150cc & Apache 160cc are both above Rs.67000, which gives mileage <60kmpl

so go for the new 2008 HONDA Unicorn 150cc

OR

go for the New Yamaha YZF r15, the fastest bike in India, which gives mileage of 40kmpl...
