If those who are agree it is a good idea why do they only want to apply it to radio and not all other forms of media?

I thought liberals were all for Free Speech or was that a just a bumper sticker phrase they have?

  1. Because Liberal talk radio failed and the only way to get their message out is to force it to be included.

People have chosen, talk radio is successful as it is!

  2. The author of the Fairness Doctrine must have been feeling witty when he named it. It's the most unfair ridiculousness that I've ever heard. Anyone who supports it can't stand to hear opinions that differ or disagree with their own. It's a fascist proposal.

  3. See the wiki page about that:

    wiki.com/liberals_are_idiots

Just kidding.  That's not a real wiki page.  At least I don't think it is.

  4. because liberals can't make money in radio.. no matter how many times they try.. how many different ways they put on shows.. liberal talk shows die a short and ugly death...

this means that the majority of the talk radio shows that are political in nature tend to be right wing....

the democrats find this to be EXTREMELY disturbing that only one voice is heard over the airwaves (with the exception of NPR which is WAY to the left)
