I'm pregnant and want to tell my grandmother that she's going to be a great-grandmother! She lives far away and I don't have the $$ to spend on a plane ride there so I need some great ideas how to surprise her from far away! Thanks!

  1. Get a big box and a helium balloon "congratulations" then to the end of the balloon put a note or card that say your going to be a Great-Grandma.

When you put the balloon in the box make sure to note on the outside of the box not to be opened with sharp objects. So when the box is opened the balloon floats out with the card attached..

  2. I made a card with pictures from the ultrasound (I got them on disc so that I could print them out) and posted it to my mother-in-law. It was really cool and she was able to carry it around to show her friends.

  3. Can you write to her?If you can take a picture of the pregnancy test or tests and send them to her with a letter congratulations.

  4. Send her a bunch of flowers, find a small one local to her-it will be less expensive, and have them put on the card "Congratulations, you're going to be a Great-Grandma! Love ...." Good luck! I'm sure she'll be thrilled however you tell her!

  5. SEND HER A PIC OF THE ULTRASOUND

  6. phone? letter? picture of you pregnant. these are all forms of communication you can use.
