Telus - 15 cents per incoming texts??

Question

i was wondering if i would be charged the 15 cents for every incoming text if i have the unlimited texting for 30days?

i heard somewhere that it wont affect me...?

I have that also , I don't believe you will be charged, don't open the ones that you don't care about to be safe just delete them

I think that is so unfair, I am switching providers, lots of offers out there

Just so that you're both aware, whether or not you physically open a text doesn't matter - it was still delivered to your phone therefore you'll be charged for it if you don't have a texting bundle.

Now to answer your question:

You're right. If you have ANY texting bundle, it will include unlimited incoming text messaging and this new change will NOT affect you. For as little as $3 a month you can have 30 outgoing messages and unlimited incoming. I don't really think this is the sort of thing that'd merit changing providers over. Anyhow, yep, you're safe!
