Temp Agency Exam ?

How do you prepare for a temp agency exam? Do you buy a Microsoft Office 2007 book and hope to pass with flying colors? Need answers. I already type 75 wpm have been tested on that already, but the Microsoft part is tricky..Need pointers.

The idea is, they just want to know how familiar you are with different programs. Tell them the names of the programs you've worked with, and the test gives you 3 different levels of familiarity (beginner, moderate and expert/proficient). It's not terrible if you're not the most familiar person in the world; it's more important to them that you are honest with them about your level of familiarity (i.e., tell them if you've only used Word for simple text typing; it will help them place you in the right place).
