Temp Agency question?

Has anyone ever worked for a Temp agency like Labor Ready or Manpower? Is there anything I should know and how was the work?

Yes, I've worked as a temp before.  The pay is reasonable and it's a chance to get hired into a permanent job if they like your work.  I've had many job offers while working as a temp.  It gives you the freedom to take days off whenever you want to and you get to be in different offices or job sites, so it's never the same ol' same ol'.  It is a good thing while it lasts, but eventually you will find that a permanent job with full time pay and benefits is preferable, and you should make that a goal.  A temp job can be a means to that goal.
