Temp folder is missing on computer?

umm i cant find the "temp folder" in my computer? i have vista so idk if that changes anything, but help would be great, thanks :]

  1. The temp folder was obviously stolen buy the Russian Communists. Too bad...don't worry though. We will get it back.
