Temp service and dependants?

can a temp service legally make you claim 0 dependants when you want to claim 2.they keep saing you will get the money at the end of the year but im a single mother.i need it now

They are required BY LAW to withhold tax based upon the W-4 that you file with them.  PERIOD.  If they refuse to, a quick call to both the IRS and your State labor board should straighten them out pretty quickly.

If you're a single mother with 2 children under age 16, you can safely claim 6 withholding allowances and they MUST withhold based upon that claim.
