What is the difference between and temperate and a seasonal forest?

  1. A temperate forest stays alive and green all year around, like a rain forest or a jungle in hawaii. A seasonal forest has trees that lose their leaves in the winter, but come back to life and return their leaves afterwards, like forests in the northern U.S.
