What is the average temperature of red flame and blue flame

I assume you are talking about a Bunsen Burner. The red flame is approximently 300 degrees Celsius. The blue flame is 500 degrees Celsius.

uhm... it depends... there are different kind of "flame" for me, uhm there's flame from acetylene and I think it has different temp. from a light from a match right?? hehehe...
