Temperatures for fan forced ovens.

For most recipes it states conventional oven cooking temperatures rather than fan forced. How do you work out the fan forced oven cooking temp?

Are there any limitations when cooking or baking with a fan forced oven? If so, is there anything you can do to rectify these limitations when cooking or baking?
