Tempisque River tour?

We are going to be in Costa Rica in May on a company sponsored trip, YEAH!! One of the "day excurtions" they have planned for us is through Bill Beards company and it is called Kokodrilla Creek Adventure. Has anyone heard of this? I've seen alot of other excurtions but have never heard of this specific one. I know that it includes a "river float", does anyone know what this is? and horseback riding and ziplining. Sounds like fun, especially since it's sponsored!! I just don't know what river float intells.

Thank you ahead of time.

  1. A river float would usually mean that they will use inflatable rafts, probably with the guide on the oars, and simply float down river for wildlife viewing, scenery, etc, with no significant rapids or white water to negotiate.  In that way it would be suitable for anyone, even non-swimmers.

Costa Rica also has several great (world famous) white water rivers...., kind of too bad you won't get to do that!  But still, sounds like an exceptional trip!  Have fun.
