Temporary Housing in Venice?

I'm going to Venice, Italy for the month of June for a study abroad program with a friend of mine. The program requires students to find their own housing. Does anyone know of any cheap 2 person apartments located in Venice that can be rented for 1 month?

Is the studying program cooperating with the University of Venice?

If it is, you can ask them to help you finding an apartment...

i was looking for the same thing and let me tell you, NOTHING is cheap in venice.

try looking on craigslist.org but be prepared to spend a ton of money....especially in june when its the prime tourist season in venice.
