Temporary permit paper?

I just got my temps the other day and they told me im supposed to carry this paper around and we werent sure if they told us we could fold it or not. Am i allowed to fold it so i can put it in my wallet?

Of course you can fold it. As long as it is still readable, you are allowed to fold it to make it fit your wallet, pocket or however you want to carry it.

Does the permit have a perforation splitting the middle??

i just got my permit (and it has the perforations in the middle) and it's ok if you fold it (i do it all the time), you just shouldn't tear the perforation.
