  1. If it were me I would use JB Weld. You can find it at auto parts or hardware stores.

  2. I don't know what country you are in , I have never heard of a Johnny Pag but I would make sure that whatever you used doesn't react to gasoline . In Canada there is a product called Seal All and can be used on gas tanks so I would look for something along the same lines where you are. I don't know about super glue because that stuff hardens only when it reacts with water molecules and I hope your intake doesn't have any water there. It would probably run off just like water and not harden.

  3. apoxy is the right answer, go to lowes or a like store, get a 2 part apoxy and make sure it states plastic.

  4. Hey Rob,,,Super Glue works fine on that sorta material.

See if you can clean inside the crack with some rubbing alcohol,,or spray some Electrical Contact Cleaner or Carb Cleaner ,,,,or "nothing" will will stick to it.

If it was MINE,,,and I expected to have a replacement Part in a week or 2,,,

I wouldnt even worry about fixing it.

The Crack wont affect the function of anything.

Unless you drive along Very Dusty roads,,,,even dust/dirt getting into engine thru there should not be an issue.

I MIGHT wrap it with some Duct tape or electrical tape.

    Maybe,,,LOL.

Of course,,,I cannot SEE the crack from here,,,so I can't make a truly valid judgement.

But my assumption based on what that part DOES,,,and how that type of material fails,,,

and assuming how/where You probably Ride your chopper(Street/Road,,, with No Creek Crossings or Desert Races),,,,,

I seriously Doubt you actually NEED to do any immediate patch.

But if You just WANT to>>

Super Glue is OK,,,or Smear some Silicon Sealer over it,,

Most Epoxy is not worth the expense ,trouble, curing time,,,etc ,and doesnt work very well on rubber stuff.

Not for a very short term Temporary patch anyway.

Just my opinion,,for what its worth

    Good Luck
