Temporary work permit for foreign trained physical therapist?

Question

hello, i am on f1 visa and eligible for NPTE license examination, have appered for three times and unfortunately couldnt clear it and now i have applied for the temporary work permit, my query is, will there be any problem in getting temporary work permit? i have given required $70 fee and first registration $270 fees with all documents previosly when i had applied for my evaluation thru fccpt.

please give some light to my query.
