I own a adjustable electric bed with a memory foam mattress and it is the BEST bed I have ever owner, I have Scoliosis so sleeping became a big issue for me as my spine is twisted as it is, I needed a mattress that gave me support while on my spine, back and front.

The mattress I have is memory foam but also has a recess cut out to allow better spinal alignment while sleeping.

I used to have a conventional hard mattress as the marketing for beds went that way "orthopaedic mattress", I was sold on the idea and bought one - rubbish, rubbish, rubbish, just a normal mattress with a new sticker on it!!!
