what the best way to save enngry for the summer and do it suppose to be on 24_7 or just turn on at nite cause i try both way on all the time or and then just at night need help cause my bill run hight !!!!!

Run it only when you need it. Running it the rest of the time wastes energy.

The only advantage to keeping the A/C running is that your house may get colder at night, since the A/C has already removed the residual heat in your walls, etc. But it will increase your energy bill.
