  1. it really depends what exactly you need help with.

majority of the time, bowling is about the action you use.
-keep your head up, try not to look at the pins, try look at the arrows on the lane.

-keep your arm straight at all times, try not to swing across your body, or out to the sides.

-make sure you have a follow through when releasing the ball, don't stop your arm motion as soon as the ball has hit the lane.

-if your a right hander, start with your right foot, preferablly take four steps and end on your left. vice versa for lefties!

-wait for people either side of you on the lanes to take their turns before you step on the lane. it's called 'Giving way'. It keeps you focused and you don't have any distractions out the corners of your eye.

-the, '3, 6, 9' system is worth a look at. it tells you where to stand when picking up spares and going for strikes.

-the 3, 6, 9 system will tell you where to stand, but, a little tip: if your a right hander and there a pins left on the right hand side of the lane, you will stand on the left side. if there's pins on the left side, stand on the right side. vice versa for lefties.

-when your walking up to take your shot, try to slide your foot to the black line when releasing the ball. it just helps with your action.

    GOOD LUCK!
