Tenant Broke into common area that belong to the condominium association?

Recently, an evicted tenant who still refused to move out and refused Landlord and Association to enter her unit for inspection which was as a result of electricity current fluctuation and sparkling of light causeing minor smoke in the A/C terminal and switch board in the common arae. evicted tenant broke into the common area and stole some items that belong to the landlord and Association. is this not criminal offence, what can I do in such sitaution?

I mean this Tenant is just a problem .

  1. Yes.....it's a criminal offense.  Burglary, or at minimum, Theft from Building.  You can get a police report on tenant, and if it's known for sure that this person did it, and if you know where they are, you can get a warrant for arrest.  If no one witnessed it, detectives who follow-up will investigate it.........then take it from there.


  2. YOU already know it is.  YOU mean to say that the tenant was a problem.

    Ignore that she used to live there; call the

    cops.
