I say it's close at the beginning, but I see UT pulling out a low-scoring victory 23-7.

i'm gonna go with the upset here and pick ucla...the rose bowl is a tough environment and tennessee will still be breaking in jonathan crompton as qb, i see an extremely low-scoring game but i'm taking the bruins 17-10
