Tennis Racket clip for bikes?

Many years ago, I used to have a clip on the front forks of my bike, that allowed me to clip a tennis racket on. It was basically a big bulldog clip, and held the racket safely, parallel to the wheel. Are such things still available (I am in the UK), preferably online?

I don't know, it's a cool idea though.  Maybe you should try to invent something and market it.  With all the concern about climate change, more and more people are biking now, even here in the States, it might be the right time for such a product.  Good luck.
