I have just bought a Dunlop M-Fil 300, and while i was playing with it, i banged it on a wall and broke the black part at the top of the racquet. It is a crack on the bkack top part of the head.

Do you think this will affect my playing and/or the racquet of am i just being paranoid?

  1. im assuming you are talking about the part at the top where the strings are laced through.

if its just cracked, it should be fine.

but if the strings look damaged, or wider apart or closer together, you may want to get it re-strung, also, put some grip tape on the black part, this keeps it from scratching and any other mishaps.

  2. NO it will not. This has happened to me u can by a head guard to protect ur racket from scraps.

    Cheers x*x Gordo x*x

  3. if its is cracked then for now it should not give you problems but will decrease the racquet life.
