  1. "The player/team(if doubles) whose turn it was to serve first in the tiebreak game shall be the receiver in the first game of the following set."

    "The players shall change ends at the end of each set unless the total number of games in that set is even, in which case the players change ends at the end of the first game of the next set."

  2. The person who receives first in the tiebreaker begins serving the second set.  The tiebreaker counts as a game for the person who started serving the tiebreaker, so that player shall receive the next game, which would be the first game of the next set.  And you just switch sides after the tiebreaker is done, as you would after any odd game.  Hope that helps a bit.

  3. whoever served last in the tiebreak gets to return the next game
