Tennis Update: France off to a good start for the Davis Cup
France has shown its dominance in the tennis court by thrashing the Argentinean opponents in the first two singles rubbers in semi final stage of the ongoing Davis Cup.

World number thirty Michael Llodra showed his talent with hard work and snatched a victory for his flag by defeating his Argentinean rival Juan Monaco by 7-5 4-6 7-5 6-3 in a stamina jolting four setter match. It was a very special victory for the French team,
as it gave them solid hope and confidence to perform even better to qualify for the final stage of the event.
While on the other hand the twenty four year old emerging tennis sensation from France, Gael Monfils thrashed his Argentinean veteran opponent David Nalbandian pretty mercilessly. The current world number fifteen showed his remarkable talent and fought hard
to clutch the victory in an interesting four setter match. Monfils came back strong in the match in the third game after losing the second set and made some impressive and powerful moves to beat Nalbandian by 6-4 2-6 6-4 6-3. After this sensational victory
of Gael Monfils over David Nalbandian, France has now taken the lead of 2-0 over its rivals.
Now it is up to the doubles group to snatch a victory for the French flag to make a paved way to the finals of the Davis Cup. The French doubles team of Arnaud Clement and Michael Llodra will now face the team of Horacio Zeballos and Eduardo Schwank in the
doubles rubbers match of semi final stage. The win over Argentinean team will guarantee their strong place in the finals of the tournament.
