okay, so to get in shape for tennis..our coach wants us to do over the summer:body weight squats- 20forward skips downlateral shufflealternating forward lungebackward skipslateral shufflealternating lateral lungeforward skipslateral shufflepush ups-10backward skipslateral shufflestanding long jumps-3double leg hops-3turkish get-up - 3 sets of 6 reps eachevery day.what else should i do?thanks:)
