Tennis Workouts?

I started playing two years ago, when I was 12.

Now as the years go by and I get better and better my coach said that I need to do some off-time practices to keep my skill up.

Any suggestions for what I can do?

  1. Work out in the gym, get good rest, and find someone to hit with frequently.


  2. I am not one who plays tennis or likes tennis, but please hear my suggestions.

    1. Find a wall

    2. Try your best to hit a single spot constantly

    3. Switch to another spot after some time

    4. Make sure you hear a popping sound every time the ball hits the wall

    5. Do all the previous standing and then do all the previous running
