Tennis again???

i have not played tennis for about a year i'm a bit nervous that i won't be able to make it on the high school team?(i still have summer to get back up to my best) any tips???

  1. start running and working out to get back into shape. also, try to participate in some tennis camps to help out with the skills since they might be a bit rusty.


  2. Work on your cardio. The people I play with or against who are keep up with cardio workouts, always end up playing well, even if they're not as good, because they're movement and footwork helps them get to the ball faster.

    move your feet, and the rest will follow.

  3. Don't worry.  You body hasn't forgotten everything!  Just get back on the court and practice your strokes.  Remember its just you and the ball.  Work for consistency.  Challenge yourself not to miss a shot. Consistency and good form will get you back on the team.
