  1. The ball differance. see in tennis the ball bounces in badminton the shuttle stays in the air.

  2. i love tennis and badminton...to me, there is no difference...i play badminton with tennis strokes everyday in my own badminton court and its fun....just hard hitting running around, no games with only minimal time for water breaks for one hour.....it keeps me  and my nephew fit whole year round...

  3. the height of the net

  4. one very big difference besides some of the ones mentioned by people above me is:

In Tennis it's harder to keep the ball in play. In baddy, it's quite hard to hit the shuttle (birdie) out. Atleast beyond the baseline (not the sidelines).

  5. in badmiton the birdie has to stay in the air while in tennis the ball can bounce on the ground once.

  6. Probably many, but for sure in tennis you use a ball and in badminton you use a birdie!

  7. In badminton, you use a birdie. The birdie can not hit the ground. The rackets are way different. And there are probably a few different things.

  8. the ball cant bounce in badminton

  9. badminton uses a birdie instead of a tennis ball. in tennis the ball can bounce once before you hit it. in bandminton the birdie cannot touch the ground

  10. The most obvious difference is that the force not the same. Clamping tennis elbow to the edge, so as to avoid beat Beida Fei sprain .. badminton or more on the simple, arm in arm under the force, and table tennis almost ... Tennis on the importance of correct posture important than badminton

Badminton: indoor play, the ball made from plastic and feathers, playing at a network so that the ball fell into each other within the community who scored 15 points system, exchange the right to serve

Outdoor play tennis, serve to fall on the other half of the provisions of the region, the ball to the bomb or not to bomb when Huipai hit, the other half so that the ball landed within the borders of each other not received or even under those bombs and two scores, 15-30-40-X, said a quarter of a simple Council, a Council by the same player serving, 6, 1

  11. The ball / shuttle (birdie) is the most obvious one. The height of the net as others say.

Less obvious is the way you produce the strokes. In badminton you use a lot more wrist. In tennis, you use a much bigger backswing.

In badminton, you can't let the shuttle bounce, so every shot is essentially a volley.
