  1. Tenko,

Tennis elbow and Golfer's elbow are two seperate conditions.

Typically Tennis elbow is on the outside of the right arm and Golfer's elbow is on the inside of the right arm.

Either way it's a form of tendonitis.

My dad had Golfers elbow for years and he wore the wrap brace which helped, but did not cure the problem, it affected his swing for a long time.

It sounds to me like you're having some other type of problem, maybe a joint issue in your elbow. I would get it checked out by a doctor ASAP.

However the left arm is simply a tether in the golf swing, I don't think it would hurt your swing too much.....maybe you can hit some balls prior to renewing your membership and see how it feels.

    Good Luck!

  2. Why not just get the doctor to inject the joint with hydrocortisone?

    That will fix it.

  3. I had the same problem and I used an inflatable arm band that you put around the forearm muscles up near the elbow. It compresses and restricts movement of the tendons connected to the elbow joint. It worked for me, give it try.
