hi everyone, I'm starting tennis coaching, one on one, and while I've got a whole lot of drills up my sleeve, not all apply to one on one training.

so does anyone know any drills that apply to two people?

i'd really appreciate any help here guys!

or links to sites that have training methods as such.

thanks!

peace

  1. This is baseline drill, but this could be hard if the players cannot rally too well.. This is classic clay court drill.. basically using whole court one player will be hitting the ball only to cross courts while the other player hits all of them down the line..And basically keeping this going and going.. Once they get use to this  coach can then occasionally call out change so that players change their roles .. and later on once they are comfortable with that as well, call out points or go so that they can play points .

  2. hitting back and forth serving to each other like at a target circuits, blocking together there is alot of them.

  3. tennis.com

all ya need to know on playing & teaching as well

& it also comes with videos aside from articles on instructions

Just follow the coaches' styles of teaching

    Good times bro
